Organisational Development
I support organisations from a broad range of sectors with their organisational and strategic development. My approach uses creative methods to draw out values and priorities, and to help people create a roadmap for change. As a former theatre lecturer, I’m passionate about ongoing learning and understand the need to create a safe, fun, and collaborative environment where people feel comfortable to experiment and take risks. This experience ensures that I am responsive and flexible to the needs of the people I am working with.
- Armakuni’s Continuous Learning Day: using improvisation and storytelling to support team building and with a group of software engineers
